Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. During busy periods (sales, holidays, TikTok drops), processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping: 7–14 business days (customs may cause delays)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option.

Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your scoop’s journey.
